About the Chef
Chef Patryk Niezbecki brings over ten years of experience in international fine dining.
Educated at Narita Sushi School in Tokyo and trained at luxury hotels, including Four Seasons, worked in restaurants inspired by contemporary Japanese cuisine. His passion for sushi led him to become a finalist of both the Nordic Sushi Cup and the World Sushi Cup.
Through Ministry of Taste, he creates intimate dining experiences where technique, storytelling, and atmosphere come together.
